Going on school ski trip and need advice?
First it is a sixthform ski trip, i am new and not many of my friends are going so...? second is that we are driving to italy :O and need to know what good entertainment to have for a 20hr drive? third how to ski and what do i need. i am new to sking so? forth since its abroad i want to use things like my mobile and laptop and i am with vodafone what charges will i walk into?

2. you seem to be set for entertainment...mobile, laptop, maybe ipod or something... 3. They'll probably have rentals there. and lessons. Just take those and you'll learn.

they mix you up according to ability and progress so dont worry about not being with friends or never having skied before (after the first day spent laughing at everyone as they fall over you will know most of your group) activities are all day into the evening so you dont have that much time by yourself. 20 hrs - remember you will have to sleep as a lot of it will be through the night, the coach drivers swap music and play some in the background (saw them doing this and they even borrowed some of mine before they went back). Dont take a laptop - they are far too easy to lose/get stolen as you will be out all day.
