vista wrong language?
i bought a laptop from italy with vista windows premium in italian language. can i format and change it to english?

No I don't think so just return it in USA and get an English one.

No. If you have the Italian version, you will have to contact Microsoft and see if they can provide you with an English version.

Don't format it whatever you do. Go to Regional and Language Options and select your brand of English.
