You tried Ctrl Alt Delete? Might be able to do something from there? Just an idea.

Eewww ... that's not sounding too good. Since I'm not very computer savvy, I would turn it off and seek help.

ctr-alt-delete//newtask//then type explorer.exe.......then have a go at system restore
