What is worse than this? I am really upset by it all!?
I lost all photos from a couple of years. this includes a trip to africa, italy, and various family meals and outings, and first year of uni. My laptop hard drive was wiped! What could be worse?!

It's a shame you didn't think about backing up your data. Sorry about your loss. Lesson learned the hard way.

That REALLY sucks. Not being blessed with a life to enjoy such experiences would be worse, still i sympathize.

Feel sad for you:( but there are loads of other good and bad things in this world about which we are not aware so try to be grateful for what you have...:)

Your loved ones dying, finding out you have an incurable disease, becoming homeless... I know it can be devastating to lose photos (I'm an avid photographer myself, because I have a very bad memory), but there are much, much worse things. Try to remember all you can about those trips and write it down in a journal so you can try to preserve some form of memories from them... that's all you can do, gonna have to just move on. Sorry : (

either you went or not. all the memories should be in your mind, no need for pictures. You know where you've been and what you've done. Pictures are for losers trying to brag, memories are for people who live life to the fullest. Who wants to be attached to pictures and lose sight of the memories. Never understood people who get emotionally attached to pictures

What is worse than this? I am really upset by it all!?
I lost all photos from a couple of years. this includes a trip to africa, italy, and various family meals and outings, and first year of uni. My laptop hard drive was wiped! What could be worse?!

Memories and pictures are what makes us well us. That really sucks! Look in the phone book or google some companies that can find those pictures on your hardware. I know that they are out there because a friend of mine was doing the photography for a wedding, saved it in her laptop, it all erased, then she paid around 50 dollars to get them all back. Hope this helps :)

Well its sad for sure when these thimgs happen, but remember your still alive and you will always have those memories. there will be more oppertunities to create more photos.

I am so sorry, when my son was born i took photos of his first few hours and the chemist ruined the film, i will never be able to replace them. Last month i lost a gold ring in the street, it slipped off my finger, it was a family heirloom and been passed down through my family for over an hundred years, so i know what its like to loose something precious knowing that you can never replace them

what should i buy and ipod touch or laptop?
i want to know what i should i get i go to italy every summer break and i already have a great computer but i have a psp for portable internet. i thought about getting the macbook pro 15 or 17 w/e the medium one is

a laptop you can download music onto it and listen to it just like a laptop. so a laptop is like a ipod and laptop combined

Well, the psp could also carry music. I wouldn't suggest the ipod touch. It's very over rated. Definitely get a laptop, and I would suggest the new Macbooks! PC's are good. However, when traveling laptops are soo convenient.

if you get a laptop that's is under like $700 its going to be slow and crappy so if you cant spend that much get an Ipod touch

Laptop. Anything the iPod can do a laptop can do better. If you're concerned about size, look into netbooks.

Get a laptop. I bought an ipod touch, thinking I could use youtube and safari (internet) wherever. I was wrong. You need wifi connection for 80% of the features on the ipod touch. It's over priced and not worth it.

Well a iPod touch and a laptop are pretty much the same. If you want something small, get a iPod touch, if you don't really care about size get a laptop. Like the apple commercial says the iPod touch is a great pocket computer. Both run off of wifi, unless you get one of the USB adapters, then you have wifi everywhere for the laptop. The storage isn't too bad on an iPod touch I have a 32 and it's not filled with 32 videos, 500 songs, 6000 pictures, and 150 games. And there's a 64gb if you need space. I'd say get an iPod. I love mine. I don't know how people live without one. =] so they're the same

Why wont my iphone 4 connect to wifi
Why wont my iphone 4 connect to wifi?
So in england nd italy my wifi was working perfectly. Now in my home my wifi is only on my laptop acer xp. I type the exact same code on my iphone and it says unable to connect. What am i doing differently. Is my router not accepting it? I already reset the router and restored my iphone. Everything i did. So why not connect???

Try this Settings Wi-fi Click on the blue arrow on the right side of your router/modems name Click forget network And try it now?
