Is it possible to get internet in a small town in Italy

Is it possible to get internet in a small town in Italy?
I am going to Italy, a really small town in Naples and I wanted to bring a laptop to go on the internet. However, I don't know what's involved - max card? router? any cables or reconfiguration. I am not too good with this stuff but I want decent connection that wouldn't be too pricey, (like $5.00 for 5 minutes is too much)

An international AC adapter that converts the current to 120V (so you can plug in your laptop power supply)
2 :
your laptop will work anywhere with wifi :)
3 :
probably one of the power cord tip that is compatable with the one that europe is using
4 :
You will need a network wi-fi connection point, along with the right outlet plug in for the walls. I think you can get them from dell.
5 :
You'll need the correct AC plug for European outlets and voltage. Some plugs for the computer connection are already capable of making the switch by using an adapter from Dell. Contact them to see what you need. So many people travel with computers these days, the manufacturers make it easy to take them abroad

Bringing laptop from Canada to Italy

Bringing laptop from Canada to Italy?
I am going to Italy for 2 weeks. I was wondering if I could bring my laptop there because I don't know how I will be able to charge it. Are the outlets there differ from the once in Canada? If so, is there cheap light-weight adapter that I could purchase

The power is different and the plugs are different but if you buy a simple adapter for the plug your laptop will do the rest. You can get the plug at the airport or even your hotel should have them. Just check that your laptop takes 110-220 power (by the battery or on the power cord), which 99% of them do, and you are fine.

There are adapters - if you live in BC, go to BCAA and purchase an international adapter. But almost any store that sells luggage also sells adapters.
3 :
buy the adapter plug before you go!! I keep making this mistake when i go to Ireland and i can't find the proper one anywhere there. I can only find the reverse of what i want, plugs that would work in North America
